Mental Health Coach, Mindfulness Coach, Mindset Coach, and a Wellness Coach
I have always believed coaching is a form of partnership.
As a Mental Health Coach, I specialize in Anxiety Disorders and Panic Disorder. I alleviate symptoms drastically. When a symptom arises, my clients have the tools they need to reduce these minor symptoms. I ,also, work with Depression and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). I work with their current reality and then design plans for the future. I guide towards achieving a whole new level of mental empowerment. They should not only survive or exist, but they must also thrive as well. I lead towards a better and more fulfilled life.
As a Mindfulness Coach, I teach clients how to be mindful of their thoughts, emotions, and actions in the moment. Their focus and attention improve. Stress, anxiety, and depression decrease.
They get better sleep and their immune system improve. They have increased happiness and well-being.
As a Mindset Coach, I help clients to manifest positivity into their lives. I guide them to overcome negativity in their life. I provide guidance and direction to find positivity in all small things and experiences. I help guide them to explore their strengths, weaknesses, and values to achieve their goals.
As a Wellness Coach, I work one-on-one with individuals who want to improve their well-being. Using concepts drawn from psychology, behavior change, and life coaching fields, a wellness coach helps their client overcome obstacles.
Clients might engage a wellness coach for any number of reasons, including:
Improving interpersonal relationships
Achieving better work-life balance
Increasing life satisfaction
Practicing a positive mindset
