How To Quickly Relieve Anxious Thoughts

You’re going about your day, and suddenly they hit you: anxious thoughts that stop you in your tracks. Sometimes, you can predict the circumstances under which anxiety might strike (think: giving a big presentation at work, or waiting for medical test results).
