But most people don’t realize how anxiety manifest physically in an anxiety disorder beyond day-to-day feelings of anxiety. When it comes to anxiety disorders, we tend to focus less on the physical symptoms and more on the overwhelming psychological worry and fear. People may have physical symptoms without any psychological symptoms.
