Research from the C.D.C. reveals one in three adults suffers from a lack of sleep daily, and on a regular night, most Americans are sleeping two hours less than we were a century ago. According to National Geographic, we’re spending more than $411 billion to make up for the loss of productivity and accidents caused by exhaustion alone.
