I just want to thank you for your help. I do not regret reaching out to you. You are an amazing and loving person.  I had bad anxiety and dissociation and that freaked me out. I came across Every Mind Matters and Karen took me step by step. I was so scared to leave my house and all I did was sleep all day. 
Today I leave my house. I sit in the sun, I go to shopping malls, I go for long drives and I socialize with my family. Now, I am taking care of myself. I really don’t regret reaching out.
